The Noticed Engine

Terms of use

The terms for this website and for The Noticed Engine.

Last updated 16 October 2026.

Who we are

The Noticed Engine is owned and operated by The Noticed Club, a company in South Africa. "We" and "us" in these terms mean The Noticed Club. "You" means the person or agency using this website or the product: someone with a personal account, an agency and its staff, or a client an agency invites.

This website

You may browse this site and use its contact forms to get in touch with us. The content is ours or licensed to us. You may quote from it with attribution; you may not copy pages, mockups, or brand assets for your own commercial use. We can change or remove any part of the site at any time.

Accounts and written agreements

Anyone can open a personal account for themselves, or an agency workspace for their clients, from this site. Some agencies are set up by us under a written agreement instead, which covers pricing, term, and the scope of the service. Where a written agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies. These terms fill the gaps and apply to every person who uses the product, including the staff and clients an agency invites.

Sign-in

Everyone signs in with a one-time code sent to their email address; there are no passwords. Clients of an agency open a private link and confirm a code the same way. One email address belongs to either a personal account or an agency team, not both. You are responsible for who has access to your inbox and for telling us if you believe an account has been used by someone else. The agency is responsible for the people it invites.

Plans and payment

A personal account costs R1,899 a month. An agency pays R1,899 a month for each active client. Prices are in South African rand and are shown on the pricing page. Agencies under a written agreement pay as that agreement says instead.

You pay by card through Paystack, which processes and stores your card details; we never see or keep the full card number. A personal account pays once the interview is done. An agency saves a card before adding its first client, which we check with a R1 charge that is refunded straight away. Each client is charged a full month when it is added, and renews on the same day each month after that.

Each month renews automatically and is charged to the saved card. If a payment fails, we email you and try again after one day and after three days. If it still fails, writing new posts for that account or client pauses until you update your card. Nothing is deleted. If your bank asks you to approve a payment, we email you a link to do so.

A discount code takes the percentage shown off the months it applies to, and is entered before you pay. One code applies per account. We can withdraw a code from new use at any time; an account already using it keeps it for the months it covers.

If we change the price, we will email you before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a personal plan at any time from your plan page, and an agency can deactivate a client at any time. Either way, renewal stops and you keep access until the end of the month already paid for. We do not refund part of a month. A payment taken twice for the same month is refunded automatically, and if you believe you were charged in error, write to the contact address on this site.

Cancelling does not delete your account or your material. To have it deleted, ask us at the same address.

Acceptable use

Using the product, you agree not to:

  • Invite a client, or collect their answers, without their agreement.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or defamatory.
  • Publish content to a LinkedIn account you are not authorised to post from.
  • Attempt to access another agency's workspace or another client's knowledge base.
  • Send prompts or messages through the product for any purpose other than the interview and enrichment it is designed for.
  • Reverse engineer the product or use it to build a competing service.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, and we will tell the account holder or agency when we do.

Who owns what

What you say in the product, the knowledge items and voice profile derived from it, and the drafts written from it are yours if you have a personal account. For an agency's client, they belong to the agency and its client under the arrangement between them. We hold no rights in that material beyond what is needed to run the product, and we do not use it to train AI models. The product itself, its interview design, question sets, and software remain ours.

AI-drafted content

The product uses AI models to choose questions, extract knowledge items, describe a voice, and write drafts. A draft is a starting point, not a finished post. Nothing is published until a person approves it: you, for a personal account, or someone at the agency. Whoever approves a post is responsible for what is published. We do not guarantee that a draft is accurate, original, or suitable without that review.

Third-party services

Payments go through Paystack. Messages on WhatsApp are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform, and LinkedIn publishing goes through a connected publishing service. Those services have their own terms and can change or interrupt what they offer. A LinkedIn connection is made by the profile's owner and can be removed at any time.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the product available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We improve the product continuously and may change features; we will not remove your ability to export your data. If we end the service, we will give reasonable notice and time to export, and stop charging.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or reputational harm, arising from use of this website or the product, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a written agreement with us says otherwise.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when the terms change, and the date at the top will move with it. Questions about these terms go to the contact address on this site.
