How it works
Two sides of one knowledge base.
Your clients only ever see your agency. Your team sees everything they share, structured and searchable, in The Noticed Engine.
For your clients
- 1
Your client receives one private link from you. It carries your name and colours, not ours.
- 2
They confirm a six-digit code sent to the email you hold for them. No password, no account setup.
- 3
A guided interview asks about their work, audience, beliefs, results, lessons, and decisions. Answers are saved as they go and they can return any time, on any device.
- 4
When an answer is thin, the interviewer asks for the concrete detail behind it. When a theme is covered, it moves on. The interview ends when enough ground is covered, not at a fixed count.
- 5
They confirm the topics and tone they are comfortable with, then keep adding to their knowledge base whenever something worth sharing happens.
For your team
- 1
Every answer is extracted into typed knowledge items: facts, beliefs, stories, lessons, frameworks, preferences, goals. Each keeps the client's own wording and links back to the exact exchange.
- 2
Browse by client, type, category, or confidence. Search by meaning to find the story behind a theme even when the words differ.
- 3
A voice profile describes how the client writes, from their own messages: vocabulary, register, sentence length, recurring phrases, and language to avoid.
- 4
Draft content from selected items and the client's preferences, choose a photo from their gallery, and keep the source trail with the draft.
- 5
Export a client's knowledge and voice profile as JSON or readable text whenever you need it elsewhere.
Keeping it fresh
Set a day and time for each client and they receive one question a week, aimed at the thinnest part of their knowledge base and worded around what they have already shared. A couple of sentences from their phone is enough. If three prompts in a row go unanswered, the client is flagged in your workspace so you can follow up.
