Billing questions
- How am I billed?
- Monthly, to your card, through Paystack. Your first payment starts the month, and it renews on the same day each month.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from your plan page. You keep everything until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Do you have discount codes?
- Sometimes. A code applies to your first months and you enter it before you pay.
- What if a payment fails?
- We email you and try again after one day and after three. If it still fails, new posts pause until you update your card. Nothing is deleted.
